  • Supervised events – led by a qualified  Leader or Instructor, who is responsible for safety and may provide instruction.
  • Skippered events – no instruction provided; each boat has a named skipper who is responsible for the safety of their boat and crew.
  • Self-led events – no leader or skipper; participants take responsibility for themselves while looking out for each other.

You can get on the water at St Denys for 3 hours before and three hours after the high tide time shown below.
