St Denys Boat Club encourages a learning culture, not a blame culture.
After an event:

• Share what went well
• Share what was harder than expected
• Report incidents or near misses honestly

This helps the club:

• Improve guidance and risk assessments
• Support skippers and leaders
• Run safer, more enjoyable events in the future

Mistakes and near misses are normal in outdoor activities.
What matters is learning from them.
